On Feb 13th, 2019 (the ninth day of the first lunar month), ZOZEN successfully held sales meeting and excellent salesperson commendation conference in Taihu Bay New Century Hotel. General Manager Mr. Zhang Guoping, Deputy General Manager Mr. Lu Xing, Deputy General Manager Mr. Liu Yongjing and all ZOZEN salespersons attended the meeting. The meeting aimed to review the past and plan the future, and commend the excellent salespersons with outstanding performance in 2018.
At the beginning of the meeting, the senior salesperson, Deputy General Manager Mr. Lu reviewed the outstanding achievements of 2018. He said that the year of 2018 is a year of progress and upgrade for ZOZEN, business management was transforming from traditional management to modernized management; the upgrading of online and offline combining sales model had completed successfully; new boiler products achieved sales. He believed that ZOZEN was developing prosperously with a bright future, and ZOZEN was striving to build a world-renowned brand in the next 10 years.
Next, experienced technologist Deputy General Manager Mr. Liu shared his insights about how to sell products from a technical point of view. He indicated that the era of pure commerce was over, if you wanted to be an excellent salesperson, you must master technologies. All of the salespersons must recommend suitable products and solutions on the basis of fully understanding customers’ actual needs and their manufacturing technique, which was the only way that ZOZEN could win customers' trust.
After that, several sales representatives shared their successful experience in sales at the meeting, from which the other salespersons benefited a lot.
At the end of the meeting, General Manager Mr. Zhang Guoping made a speech and awarded the excellent salespersons with prizes. He reviewed the work of last year and pointed out the direction for the development plan of the next year. General Manager Mr. Zhang Guoping expressed that ZOZEN would keep carrying forward informatization management, 6S scene management and e-commerce as well as improving the quality control and after-sales service in the next year. Product quality was the source of success; only by paying more attention to quality can ZOZEN be survival in the market.
He also appealed to all the salespersons to look forward to the new era with full confidence, adjust themselves and get well-prepared for the future with the continuous learning and improvement.
